Our 6LB Rebond foam is our firmest grade and is used extensively in heavy duty contract or industrial applications. Rebond is ideal for gym mats, Church kneelers, Bar stool tops and fixed bar seating.  Rebond is also highly durable, making it an excellent choice for areas that receive high foot traffic or significant wear and tear.

Please note, foam will be rolled or squashed and vacuum packed for shipping – please allow at least 24 hours for foam to fully recover.

Fabric/Vinyl Returns: You have 30 days from receipt to return any purchase of Fabric/Vinyl, All Fabric/Vinyl must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note as the Fabric/Vinyl is cut to your preferred length there is a RESTOCKING FEE of 25% of the Fabric cost excluding the cost of shipping. This percentage will be deducted from your refund.

Sundry Returns: You have 30 days from receipt to return any sundry purchase for a refund. All goods must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Samples: Please note we DO NOT accept returns for fabric samples.

Foam: We DO NOT offer returns on any custom cut foam orders.

High Quality Foam 

Order custom cut foam in 3 simple steps. 1. Select your foam style. 2. Enter your measurements in inches. 3. Place your cut to size order. Please allow 2-3 working days for collection/delivery of all custom cut foam orders. All of our grades are combustion modified polyurethane foam, and meet the relevant flammability standards (BS 5852: Part 2: Ignition Source 5- Crib 5) The total price will be calculated once your custom height, width and thickness measurements have been selected.

Our budget foam is extensively used as a padding foam in upholstery applications but should not be used as a seating foam. This grade has many varied applications from dog beds to headboards and crafting projects, we have even heard of it being used as insulation!  It is designed to be lightweight and comfortable, while providing maximum support and protection. Perfect for a variety of applications, 29 Hard, Padding Foam is a versatile choice. (29 Density/ 150 Hardness)

With its 32 density and 180 hardness, this grade is perfect for use in dining chair pads, window seats, boat and caravan seating and outdoor pallet seating. A firm seating foam, which is ideal for cushions between 1"- 4" in depth. With its 40 density and 220 Hardness, it is the perfect grade for dining chair pads, window seats, boat and caravan seating and outdoor pallet seating. We also offer a slightly less firm option, which can be used for all of the above applications, please see our 32H option.

If you are looking for something a little firmer, have a look at our 40S Yellow grade.
